1. Schedule An Interest Call
Talk with our hiring team, who will outline the starting pay for you're area, upcoming certification classes, and get you onboarded!
2. Attend A Lifeguard Class
The Lifeguard Class Schedule will be posted HERE, or under the "Lifeguard Class Schedule" link below. These classes will be FREE to all attendee's who plan to work for us as a Lifeguard. The Lifeguard Certification is valid for 2-Years, and must be active in order to start your first shift!
3. Scheduling
Schedule a call with you're direct Staffing Manager, who will be in charge of completing your onboarding, employee training, and scheduling, tailored to your availability!
4. Attend Pre-Season Orientation
Once your schedule is made, and your first scheduled shift is coming up - the Staffing Manager will arrange an orientation at your pool, to give out uniforms, teach facility-specific details/responsibilities, and answer any questions you have!
5. Start Working!
It's finally time to start making money! Ensure you arrive on-time, in uniform, and complete all daily tasks. Your Staffing Manager will always be one phone call away to assist you in questions, problems and anything in between.

Training Schedule
Where Would I Be Lifeguarding?
Millennial Pools supplies lifeguards to Community Pools, Apartment Complexes, Homeowner Associations, and Swim Clubs. Our goal is for you to work no further than 20 minutes from home.
What If I Can Only Work Two Days a Week?
We hire both full and part-time lifeguards. Our staffing team works hard to accommodate your availability. This allows for a flexible summer job and plenty of time for that summer vacation!
How Do I Get Certified?
Book an Interest Call to talk to our staffing team to register for a local training class. We certify lifeguards’ year-round summer positions fill quickly so please confirm your place as soon as possible!
How Difficult Is The Training?
Thanks to Millennial Pools talented team of Instructors, most average swimmers have no trouble completing the lifeguard training.
How Old Do I Have to Be?
You must be at least 15 years old to work for Millennial Pools.
